Refund Policy

This policy covers setup service fees (Quick Setup, Setup Commerce, Done-for-you, Campaign management and rescue services) and subscription plan billing, and explains exactly when a fee is refundable and when it is not, so there are no surprises either way.

1. Setup service fees

Setup service fees are refundable in full only if you cancel before our team has started work on your request. Once work has started — for example, a business verification submission or a store connection has begun — the fee is non-refundable, because it pays for time already spent, even if the result (such as Meta's approval) is outside our control.

2. Subscriptions

You can cancel your WaCRM subscription at any time from your workspace or by emailing [email protected]. Cancelling stops future billing; we do not refund the portion of the current billing period already paid, whether billed monthly or yearly.

3. WhatsApp message fees

Message fees are billed by Meta directly to your own payment method and are between you and Meta — WaCRM applies 0% markup and cannot refund them. Meta's own billing and dispute process applies to those charges.

4. How to ask for a refund

Email [email protected] with your workspace name or invoice number. We reply within one working day and process any approved refund to the original payment method.
