3. Purposes and legal bases
We process your data to provide the service and respond to your requests (performance of a contract or steps to enter one), to keep the service secure (legitimate interest), and where required, with your consent (for example, the consent checkbox on our forms). Where applicable, this includes the legal bases under the EU GDPR (Article 6) and Vietnam's Decree 13/2023/ND-CP on personal data protection.
4. Retention
Early access and contact requests are kept for as long as useful to follow up, and deleted or anonymised after 24 months of inactivity. Workspace data (contacts, messages, orders) is kept for the life of your subscription and deleted or anonymised within 90 days of account closure, unless a longer period is required by law. 5. Processors and sub-processors
We use the following processors to run WaCRM. A current list is also available on request.
- Meta Platforms, Inc. — delivers WhatsApp messages via the WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API).
- Cloudflare, Inc. — hosting, content delivery and edge functions for wacrm.co and the WaCRM app.
- Our customer management system — Netbase JSC's internal CRM/ticketing system, used to track leads and support requests.
- PayPal — invoicing and payment during early access.
6. International transfers
Netbase is based in Vietnam; our processors operate globally, including the United States. Where personal data leaves the country it originated in, we rely on the processor's own safeguards (such as EU Standard Contractual Clauses, where applicable) and on data minimisation.
8. No selling of data
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share your contacts' data with third parties for their own marketing.
9. Security
We use encryption in transit, access controls limiting staff access to what their role requires, and Cloudflare's edge security for this website. No system is perfectly secure; report a suspected issue to [email protected].
10. Your rights
Subject to applicable law (including GDPR for EU/EEA individuals and Vietnam's Decree 13/2023/ND-CP), you may ask to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, or object to or restrict certain processing. Email [email protected]; we aim to respond within 30 days.
11. Children
WaCRM is a business tool and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
12. Early access requests
When you submit the early access, setup, or contact form, your submission is sent to our customer management system as a Lead or Ticket and a person reviews it, usually within one working day. We use this information only to follow up on your request and, if you become a customer, to set up your workspace.
13. Changes
We may update this policy as the service changes. We will update the effective date and version number above; material changes will be notified by email to active workspaces.
