Do I need Meta's approval to send a broadcast?
Yes. Any message sent outside the 24-hour reply window, and any marketing message, must use a template approved by Meta. See the template approval guide for how that process works.
How do segments work?
You can group contacts by tags you set (for example, past buyers of a product, or a city) and send a broadcast only to that segment, instead of your whole list.
Who pays for broadcast messages?
