Disclaimer

This page credits the photographs used on this site and explains what the product illustrations, pricing tables and Netbase JSC facts shown here do and do not represent, so you can judge what on wacrm.co is a real claim and what is a worked example.

1. Product illustrations

Screens showing an inbox, conversation, or order flow on this site are illustrations built in HTML/CSS with invented sample data (names, messages and order numbers), clearly labelled “Illustration”. They are not screenshots of the live product. Real product screenshots will replace them in a later update.

2. Image credits

Photographs used as background or supporting images are real photographs, used under their original licence. Full credits and licences are recorded in the repository's THIRD_PARTY.md file; the photographs in current use are:

  • City skyline — Pierre Blaché, Wikimedia Commons, CC0.
  • Warehouse interior — Wikimedia Commons user Paranoid, public domain.
  • Print shop interior — Sarah Stierch, Wikimedia Commons, CC0.

None of these photographs depict WaCRM staff, customers, or offices; they illustrate the kind of business WaCRM serves. No image slot on this site uses an AI-generated person.

3. Third-party figures

The WhatsApp message price table in our guides is sourced from a third-party rate card (Gallabox) and cross-checked against Meta's own published pricing page, with the date each figure was checked. Message prices are set by Meta and can change; always confirm current prices on Meta's own documentation before relying on them for a business decision. See src/data/facts.yaml in the site's source for sources and check dates.

4. WhatsApp trademark

WhatsApp is a trademark of WhatsApp LLC. WaCRM is an independent product of Netbase JSC and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Meta or WhatsApp LLC. We use “WhatsApp” only to describe compatibility with the WhatsApp Business Platform.

5. Netbase JSC track record

Facts and client reviews shown on the About page describe Netbase JSC's own history delivering custom software and e-commerce projects since 2012 — they describe Netbase JSC, not WaCRM as a product.
